Patrick is THE BEST. Getting a letter from the IRS saying that our Offer in Compromise would be nullified without a massive $10K+ payment in a few weeks was panic-inducing. He talked us off the ledge, requested more time from the IRS to sort out the problem, and reviewed our two previous returns.
